Enjoy a cooking lesson with our chef Patrizia Cencioni, learn how simple and delicious the Tuscan recipes can be. Patrizia, a qualified Teacher of Italian cuisine (A.I.C.I ), will guide You through the secrets of our cuisine, always choosing seasonal and best quality ingredients. Each lesson is a combination of demonstration and hands-on preparation of recipes and wine tasting. During the lesson You will learn to read the labels of wines, their denominations, native grape varietals, how to taste them and to pair with food. The cooking lessons will take place at Antico Granaione B&B, Historical Hotel, subject to a minimum number of participants.
